DigiCel FlipBook is the ultimate playblast program because it helps you improve both your timing and your poses. One click sends your key frames from Maya to FlipBook.  One click sends them back.

The PC version of FlipBook comes with a Maya script that will export your key frames from Maya and load them into FlipBook with a single click. Then you can play the scene at any speed (1 to 100 fps) and watch it update in real-time as you simply drag your keys from frame to frame. When you get the timing the way you want it,  one click sends the timing changes back to Maya moving your keys into the proper frames.

You can also draw improved poses right over the top of your keys and import these drawings into a Maya image plane to help you improve your poses.
